Simon has been with the business for 32 years. He worked alongside his father, the founder of Millform, for 30 of those years. Simon was trained as a fitter and turner, building machines for manufacturing businesses across Australia.
Simon went on to manage the engineering of machine designs and the manufacturing of business equipment. He helped Millform to improve machine productivity and efficiency, adapting designs to achieve superior quality at a good price. Simon is focused on efficient machine designs that improve the operator experience. He believes growth needs to be supported by people and formed through workplace culture.
