Roger was recently appointed as joint CEO of Millform, after working with the business for 22 years. Roger is a trained electrician with vast experience in machinery control systems. After receiving sales training, he worked alongside his father before taking over as head of sales and inventory purchasing.
Roger set up a dedicated sales office in Sydney in 2006, which was followed by the Sydney manufacturing factory in 2008. Much like his father, Roger is a passionate entrepreneur at heart. He left the day-to-day running of the business temporarily to develop other business interests, and he recently returned to take over from his father as Millform CEO.
Roger brings a considered approach to business and takes time to understand diverse market needs while aligning them with trends and opportunities. Roger transforms vision into growth through a mastery of strategic planning, intelligent pitching, and creative funding.
