Martin recently joined the company as operations manager. His experience spans from aircraft to rail, in manufacturing and serving, supervisory, and operations management roles.
Martin brings an intimate knowledge of lean practice, with efficiency improvements, quality process upgrades, and safety procedures improved across the Albury and Sydney sites. He builds on Millform’s heritage and works closely with the engineering manager to create innovative solutions. Martin is passionate about continuous improvement and known for his friendly character, strong leadership, and respect for business heritage.
