Gavin has been with the business for 30 years. He worked alongside his father, the founder of Millform, for 28 of those years. Gavin started out as a fitter and turner, building machines for local businesses during the manufacturing heyday in Australia and New Zealand.
Gavin went on to hone his skills as a financial controller, with particular skills identified and developed to support the growth of the business. Gavin is known for being cautious and widely respected as a responsible and grounded member of the team.
